Q: The camera doesn't react to a QR code on screen?

  1. Check camera permission: Go to the system "Settings" → find "Anxin Learn" → make sure the "Camera" permission is turned on;
  2. Avoid glare and reflections: A too-bright monitor or overhead light can create glare that blocks focus. Move the tablet back a bit (20–30 cm) or tilt it ~15 degrees to dodge the reflection;
  3. Image quality for album import: If using "Album Import", make sure the QR code is complete and sharp — not over-compressed or heavily covered by watermarks.

Q: The link was recognized, but it says "parse failed" or "video restricted"?

  1. Copyright & login limits: The video may be an official encrypted show (like Bilibili anime) or a paid class;
  2. Private or removed: The creator may have set it to private, or the video has just been deleted;
  3. Network: For overseas platforms, confirm the device has international access.
