Q: How to subscribe?

A: Select a plan within the App and complete payment via Apple App Store or Google Play.

Q: How to cancel subscription?

A: Cancel through your Apple or Google account settings:

  • Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Google: Google Play > Subscriptions

Q: How to restore a previous purchase?

A:

  1. Go to the Parent Center (Me) page.
  2. Tap "Restore Purchase".
  3. The system will re-verify your subscription via your Apple/Google account.

Q: Can I use the subscription after changing devices?

A: Yes. As long as you log in with the same Apple/Google account, your subscription will automatically resume.

3. Refund Policy

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Please contact the App Store (Apple/Google) directly. All payments and refunds are handled uniformly by the App Store or Google Play. We developers do not have permission to operate your charges or refunds directly.

  • iOS Users: Please help verify at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Android Users: Please apply on the Google Play order page.

Q: Under what circumstances can I request a refund?

A: Common situations include accidental purchase, service not meeting expectations, or unresolved technical issues. Please apply within 14 days of purchase.

4. Important Notes

Q: Is there a difference in video quality between Pro and Free?

A: No difference. Current video playback quality is limited by the public interface protocols of third-party platforms. Pro members and regular users get exactly the same "clarity". We always adhere to the principle of honesty and do not overstate.
