Login Issues & Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during login or registration, please check the following steps.

1. Email Verification Code Issues

Q: Why am I not receiving the email verification code?

A: Please check in order:

  • Spam Folder: Our system emails are sent via Appwrite Cloud, which some providers might block or mark as spam.
  • Email Spelling: Check for extra spaces, dots, or typos like .con instead of .com.
  • Network Latency: Codes usually arrive in 5-30 seconds, but may take 2-3 minutes during network fluctuations.

Q: Is there a frequency limit?

A: Yes. To prevent abuse:

  • 60s Cooldown: You must wait 60 seconds between requests.
  • IP Ban: Excessive requests (>5 in 1 hour) may result in a temporary 15-30 minute IP ban.

Please wait patiently and do not click repeatedly.

Q: Still not receiving it after trying everything?

A: We suggest trying a different email provider (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) to register.
